“We love Eureka Springs and we were so excited to stay at the Basin Hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with were unbelievably kind and fun. We even had the surprise of having an upgraded room. Of course this is an old building, but the cleanliness was up to par. We loved grabbing a couple drinks at the bar and hanging out in the game room, it was a blast. “I was there for the Big Sugar gravel ride, and the staff was so accommodating - let me keep my bike in my room and also let me clean up and change in a locker room area after I'd checked out. It was convenient to bike to the start on the pathway. Also, I noticed (too late to use!) the bike wash station outside. I didn't have a chance to use all of the facilities, restaurant, etc. but it all seemed great. ”
