“While the room was clean, but the door didn’t seal tight. You could see the light from the hallway all around the door. the floors near and in the elevator were really dirty. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was adequate. They had scrambled eggs, sausage,Waffles, and bread items etc… For one night, it was ok. In my opinion, The Newport area seemed a little sketchy.”

“We visited this property as a family with two simple expectations: a clean, quiet room for a good night's sleep, and a decent breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short on both counts. “There was a booger on the wall close to the bed. And multiple brown marking on the walls. It smelt strongly of dust. There was a brown color on the ceiling in a non smoking room.”

“This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up. My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this……
