Situated directly on our white quartz beach with the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico at your feet, this south view allows you to enjoy our beautiful morning sunrises (possibly sighting a dolphin or two playing in the surf) while also enjoying a view of the city lights in the evening. | The new open plan kitchen has quartz counter tops, upscale appliances and an abundance of beautiful Wood-Mode/Brookhaven cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig coffee machine as well as a 12 cup coffee maker. The spacious bedroom has two queen size Tempurpedic beds with an suite soaker bath/shower combination The living room and the master bedroom has 55 inch Tvs. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is four. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The condo has tile throughout the entire unit and a . The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. We were disappointed with the mildew on the outside couch, however we understand that weather can be unpredictable. The view is fabulous and we will be back. P. S. Please have someone look at the TV in the bedroom, as it did not work the one time we tried to utilize, on our last night .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful resort and renovated property. Everything felt very clean, views were great, sand and ocean was incredible. We had a little bit of noise from teenagers near our unit the first night, but security was quick shut that down. The resort staff worked hard to create a beautiful, peaceful environment. One of the two elevators in the tower building was in the process of being replaced -- it looked like it was almost complete. We took the stairs most times - not an issue for us. We were very happy with the resort and will definitely consider visiting again.

Great Siesta Key Getaway

My finance and I stayed here and we loved this place! It was right on the beach and had awesome views of the ocean. Literally steps to the beach. Also, the beach is private, meaning that it was not busy at all and very relaxing. There are workers there to grab the chairs you’d like. You can also pay extra for a cabana if you wish. The condo was also very clean, which I am VERY picky about cleanliness when I stay at a VRBO. My mind was at ease when we arrived and noticed how clean it was. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for cooking and eating (utensil wise). The bay side of the resort also has a pool and hot tub, along with a grill, which was an awesome bonus that we wish we knew about before our last night! We also used the gym, which was clean as well. Lastly, you can all rent bikes on the island, they also have trolleys that go around the island all day long, which is very nice if you want to go out and have a few cocktails. Needless to say, we had an amazing time here and I am already looking to book again!

Lovely!

This condo lived up to the description and more! Everyone from the office staff to beach attendants were extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach is stunning. We went for a short weekend trip to relax and it did not disappoint.

Beautiful and quiet unit with awesome views

We stayed at this unit for three nights. If it’s right on the beach. A beautiful and very wide fine white sanded beach.The place is very well managed. Everything was very clean. The unit is just like advertised or better. We would definitely come back if I’d stay ant Siesta Beach again.

Pros- Siesta key has been go to vacation spot for me ( let me mention I live ON Miami Beach!!) we make this a yearly family vacation spot. Cons- it has now become a free for all for unsupervised entitled (MIAMi) private school kids to come and do as they please and ruin it for the adults that come to relax and have a good time here. The drinking alcohol in excess by underaged teens, brawls, loud music, and apparent drug use that needed fire rescue to be called 2 times during our stay was appalling..In addition I have a support animal that had been registered /approved prior to my arrival only to be questioned by the front desk personnel 5 days into my reservation- the GM was very quick to resolve the incident thankfully.

The location was extremely family-friendly, and the beach was spectacular. Our stay coincided with the week of the 4th of July. The beach felt private and was uncrowded, with the exception of the 4th itself. The fireworks display was a remarkable experience on the beach, which our family and I immensely enjoyed.
