The apartment is on the street and faces the marina, not the ocean. The apartment is not well-maintained. The apartment lacks some basic amenities commonly found in a hotel room in the U.S. despite advertising that indicates the amenities are available. “First, this is NOT a hotel. It's a small apartment building with not staff on site. Apartment was filthy. Don't look atop the headboard in the bedroom! Not sure what all the stains on the couch were. Don't open the cabinet above the sink, it'll fall on your head. Need to fill a pot with water? Turn on the faucet and then go for an hour long walk. The shower drain is so slow that you'll end up taking a bath. That's enough for now, it's bringing back bad memories...but i could go on. You've been……

“We had a great time here. There was plenty of space for 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) of us. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the beach is a minute walk from the lobby. I do recommend staying here. ”
