Gulfview I is a small resort district complex and right next door to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca. Combine this condo with others in Gulfview right next door to accommodate groups as large as 50!!

For a couple looking for a special retreat or a family, this condominium provides an economical way to enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer with much more space than a hotel room. Take a short walk through the grounds to the beach (just minutes away) or to a fun family day at the waterpark next door. Fantastic Stay!
Everything was as the expected and perfect for what we needed. The place was clean, quiet, and hospitable. They have a wonderful pool and jacuzzi setup and our kids may have liked it more than the beach! Most of the other guests were families as well so it perfect!

The condo had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. It was close to the depot for free transportation, so we used that often to get to restaurants and attractions. It was also quite close to the beach.

The condo was perfect! We truly enjoyed our visit. The building itself is a little outdated but the owner really went out of their way to update the condo. AC was cold we didn't have any issues with it at all. The mgmt staff kept the swimming pool clean. We loved the swimming pool the most. I would book this condo again.
