“My husband and I found ourselves without a pet-sitter so needed a place where our two senior dogs could stay comfortably with us. They loved exploring the fenced-in backyard. The bedroom had black-out curtains, the HVAC system kept the temperature perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet, so we were able to leave them alone in the bedroom while we attended our planned event. “Inside of this property was well appointed, we had enough towels for showers and the shower had great pressure with a large step-in shower stall. Toilet was not bolted to the floor causing it to shift when using. The upright dresser was full of extra bedding in every drawer, we had to clean them out so we could use a few. The closet area of the dresser was full of cleaning supplies, a dirty vacuum, and a swiffer that had not been changed. We had dress clothes that could not be put into this……

“The property is in disrepair. The glass door before you can reach the lockbox with the key to open the home it’s not functional. I needed to find and object to pry open the glass door to get to the lockbox has a key to enter the house. Once in the house there is not silverware or dishware for two people to have a meal let alone four. There is no instructions to increase the temperature in the house so while I was there in Harvard between 60 Degrees and 65 if it was sunny outside”

“This is a real gem of a find! I loved our stay here. GPS does take you to the back of the building but it’s located next to a large parking lot. Plenty of parking which was great for us because we have an extended cab f350 ford that does not fit into most parking spaces. The other great thing about this house is multiple showers and bathrooms. This is so rare in a CT house. I must’ve searched for hours. The host Pam was super friendly and was so quick to respond.
