“This hotel is a great value. I was concerned when I pulled up because the neighborhood did not look so great, but the hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the awesome massage chairs in every room added a little bit of luxury.”

“The location was convenient and the shuttle from BDL was relatively easy. Rooms were a bit rundown but adequate. The property overall needs a makeover. Breakfast was not good - nothing special and the lobby had several annoying signs dictating that guests could not take food to their rooms.”

“Even tho this hotel was being renovated, that's no excuse for the condition of my room - an unhealthy, horrible mess. My room's "new" lvm flooring was covered with debris. It had not been vacuumed. The worst of it was the BED BUGS AND LICE in the bedding and all over the mattress fabric. Do not stay here. Sleep in your car instead! It's not worth it.”

“Very good location,cross the street from hospital,closed to downtown and all area I wanted to visit. Very accommodating host . Great coffee and breakfast. For money great value. Big room. Maybe only is needed for bathroom a glasses. Fantastic fridge in the room. A lots of parking space. Thank you.”
