“We had a phenomenal time ant our stay (mostly due to the farm animals lol.) Everyone was very friendly. The family has their kids over for the summer and it’s a very welcoming space seeing everyone playing. Cell service is spotty in the area so make sure you have the instructions on the map pulled up to get there. ”

“Our host set expectations well and truly. Clean! Everything you need. AC super. Plenty hot water. Quality linens. Comfy beds. Quiet wooded setting. Only sounds were the birds. Everything you need for multi day stay, dishes, dishwasher. Close to Dryden (12 minute drive) coffeeshops and groceries. ”

“The property was super comfortable and clean and perfect for our group. We utilized the fire pit our back in the evening (which was already stocked with wood). I have never seen so many fireflies at one time in my entire life. It was close to Seneca and Cayuga lakes and all the wineries and breweries. ”

“The only real issue we had was that our cabin was in an area that was a bit lower than others. Normally, it wouldn't have been a problem, but it had rained for 4-5 days straight. It was a bit 'sloshy' walking to & from the cabin. This was just bad luck, due to weather. Eshay couldn't have done anything more than she did. We would go back again.”

“Amazing property. The staff was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Only comment, is no fault of the property, but if you stay in a glamping (tent) or small cabin check the weather. Stayed memorial weekend and the weather was in the 50s which the locations are not insolated or have heater... Which I didn't expect. Lucky we brought blankets and heated blankets were provided, but it was very cold still. We would stay again and hope for better weather next time to enjoy the……
