“Our hosts were very responsive to all my questions before we booked and were so welcoming when we arrived! The home was very comfortable and very convenient to both Lock Haven (for graduation) and Penn State (my alma mater and grad dinner). So relaxing to sit on the front or side porch to read a book between our 'events'. We would definitely come back again...maybe for a PSU football game! ”

Upon our arrival we were surprised to find the 1st floor decorated for graduation. They also left a card for my daughter, 3 bottles of wine from a local winery which were all very good. “Beautiful and spacious property. We used this for our rehearsal dinner, pre-wedding pictures, bridal suite, etc. it had plenty of room for out of town family and friends. The kids appreciated the outside area and game room. The upstairs rooms were a little warm at night, could use a few fans! Plenty of space and utensils in kitchen. Enough towels and blankets. Great location on the river! Elvin is responsive and kind. The Clark Family appreciates you letting us use your wonderful home! ”

Nice large kitchen that is fully stocked with everything for a dinner with family and friends. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and with nice towels. A truely unique property!”
