The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are: Air Conditioner/Heater Balcony Patio Flat Screen TV's Wi-Fi Fully Equipped Kitchen Refrigerator Range with stove Microwave Dishwasher Dishware Pots and Pans Coffee Maker etc. Springdale is the gateway town to Zion National Park. It lies next to the park's visitor center. Stay in Springdale where you are surrounded on three sides by the park. No smoking is allowed in the townhome. See other units we have available. We've stayed at many home vacation rentals and this was the first one that provided laundry detergent, dryer sheets, ground coffee, spices, cooking oil... etc. The owner responded our questions quickly before and during our stay. It is conveniently located in Springdale and is in walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the Zion National Park shuttle stop. Location is so convenient to the shuttle bus into Zion, the grocery store and lots of restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, it was very well stocked, and extremely clean.
