Decent breakfast, easy parking, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. But there were not enough electrical outlets in the room! And the bedspreads were mattress pads. Clean and reasonable, but certainly not luxury accommodations.

The cleanliness was good, staff was helpful when we asked for towels. However the room we stayed in was very disappointing. It had paint peeling the bathtub looked like there was paint all over ot. The bathroom door was unable to close almost falling off hindges.

Location was ideal while visiting family in Holyoke. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Coffee in the lobby was great for my coffee addicted mother and I. Overall a great price for a quick visit

Kayley was pleasant on the phone when I called because I would be arriving late. She was friendly and helpful at check in. I felt safe knowing she was at the desk. The stairwell was well lit. The hallway was a stuffy but ok. The room was a bit musty and the dark brown carpet had some tears. The bathroom was clean and smelled better than the room… For the price, this room fell short.

Our key card was working, but, the latch had to be manually opened with a key, so we were afraid to leave in case we could not get back in. The carpet was filthy. The walls in the bathroom had all sort of stains. The tub was very stained, but seemed clean. The TV has no channels that were free. There was a faded spot and exposed hanger where there used to be a picture on the wall. The ceilings were saggy & old. The walls were so thin & doors so creaky I could hear the refrigerator compressor kick on in the room next door and woke up at 5:30am when the neighbor opened the bathroom door. I don’t know how this hotel got the rating it had. I have stayed in other Quality Inns and they were fine. At least the desk person at check in was nice. The desk person in the morning was somewhere between rude & indifferent. The best thing I can say is that the sheets & towels seemed clean. I wish I could have covered the whole room with them.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. NO ELEVATOR was difficult. The stairways are not up to code — not safe. I was. It told I had to climb stairs. Not enough of a landing to be safe as you opened the door carrying a suitcase. The stairways were not clean, spattered with paint. The breakfast options were very scant.

The whole building had a smell was a lot. There was a hole in the wall in the room, loose outlets, the carpet was damp, mold in the bathroom, WiFi didn’t work at all, plastic on the mattress, tv remote didn’t have a back in it, and breakfast was minimal. Pretty sure there were a couple people living there. The staff I interacted with were helpful.
