The only thing that was a problem were the hard beds. My husband is still in pain 4 days later. But then again I've never had a comfortable hotel bed.

Archaic bldg just feet away that could be housing illegals “Quality Inn”. Side hall door open n unlocked next to laundry room so possibly folks from next door can use laundry.

It was a pretty typical super 8. A little outdated, but we needed a place that 5 of us could stay in one room together and this fit the bill. The suite had two queen beds and a pullout couch. The breakfast is just a continental- a few pieces of fruit and some packaged honey buns, coffee or juice. It served our purposes.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I travel a lot and this is by far the worse!! I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and they made me take a room with a king bed for 3 adults!! Said since my service dog is more than 20 lbs than they have to charge me for animal fee. They even got a copy of my service dog paperwork!! The check in clerk was rude cuz I had a hard time understanding him with his accent and I'm profoundly deaf.

Not clean there was cigarette butts in the hall ways. Bathtub was nasty, as well as when you sat on toilet you would almost fall off..Sheets had stains everywhere. Hair dryer and microwave did not work as well in the room.

Would not stay here ever again.

Check in was at 3. We arrived at 6 and waited 27minutes for someone to come to the front desk (I even tried calling the hotel and the phone just rang as it sat on the counter). When the employee finally came to the desk he told us our room would be available ’shortly’ after he finished cleaning it. There was hair on the sheets and pillow cases, the curtain was broken, the doorknob to the bathroom was broken and the entire hotel smelled like weed. The back of the toilet where the lid attaches still had hair and ‘moisture’ on it. Bedspreads were stained and had holes in them. There were piles of what looked like gravel on the pool deck and the chlorine smell was so harsh on the pool area we choose not to swim. We have stayed at Super 8s in the past and they’ve been comfortable and clean. This location does not meet either criteria.

I’m not one to go and trash a company unless it’s worth it. I waited a week to write this so it could be as polite as possible. If there’s a cleaning staff then they must be ghosts. The staircase was covered in trash and doesn’t look like it’s been vacuumed in 3 months. The hallway smelled like someone had a fish fry. Then we get to our room. There was a beer in the fridge. Be glad we were over 21 but our 18 year old found it. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush. When we called the front desk and told them what happened, their exact words were “what do you expect me to do?” I expect for you to do your job.
