Freshly renovated in 2025! All new appliance and furniture. Come enjoy the beach life at this cute, quiet duplex only 1/2 block from the beach. Free parking and walk to the beach just a few steps away.

Indian Rocks Beach is a family-oriented community of just 5200 people, our beaches are not crowded. They are impeccably maintained and beautiful in every way.

Go for a swim, cast a line, rent a boat or build the world’s best sand castle. All this awaits you and is just steps from your door.

There is plenty of things to see and do while you are here. Restaurants, bars, museums, parks and so much more is within walking distance.

Please be sure to review the amenities, I often get asked if there is a washer/dryer in the unit. There is not , however there are several laundromats in the area.

No parking on the street in front of the unit which blocks access. No additional overnight guests that were not a part of the reservation.

AC unit is on a locked nest thermostat - can be adjusted between 74-79 to prevent the coils from freezing. There are ceiling fans in each room.

A non-refundable pet fee is required for any pets. Any unauthorized pets will be subject to a 250.00 fee.
