BEACHFRONT BLISS! Beautiful Gulf view! Beach Cottage Unit #2403

Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the Beach Cottage! This unit is located directly in the center of building II with a direct view of the Gulf from our spacious balcony! Both the living room and master bedroom have direct access to the balcony and gorgeous views!
Wood plank tile throughout the condo.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, cambria countertop with breakfast bar.
Master Bedroom is spacious with a King Bed, large walk in closet, smart tv and direct access to the balcony. Master Bath has double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom has 2 queen beds, large closet, and smart tv. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo.
Living room has a sleeper/sofa, loveseat, chair electric fireplace and large smart tv.
Other amenities include FREE Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer in unit, books, games, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella available for your use.
Exterior Features: Assigned covered parking space included with plenty of guest parking available. The beach has white, silky soft sand and a volleyball area. There is a large heated pool and spa, gas grill station, outdoor showers/restrooms and a very large pool deck with plenty of loungers tables and chairs. Close to restaurants, shopping, bird sanctuary, Clearwater beach, St. Pete, I-271 and the airports.

*Please note that the pool will be out of service from August 11th until approximately mid December 2025 due to repairs. Guests will be able to use the pool at a neighboring property during this time.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our stay was absolutely perfect—exactly what we needed! The property was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from beach towels and chairs to all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The ocean view was incredible—such a treat to wake up to every day. The hosts were amazing: attentive, responsive, and truly made us feel welcome. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Spring break

Very enjoyable, very relaxing with lots to do for those that like the beach or many other activities (we tried kayaking, golfing and biking). Not too frantic and great restaurants too.

This condo smelled so nice and clean. It was clean and stocked better than any other we've ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and very quick to respond with any questions/concerns we had. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

Great Condo & Beautiful Views!

Excellent is the only word to describe what a wonderful condo.

From first booking to end last day of our stay everything was excellent. It would easily sleep 6 people and the kitchen had every gadget that you would possibly need. The bed in the main bedroom was so good you didn’t want to get up.

This has been our favorite place to stay in all our years of family beach vacations. View was amazing, condo had any and everything you needed, condo seating and beds were comfortable, easy/quick walk to the beach, and Linda was always quick to respond when we had questions. Fantastic vacation!

We loved everything about our stay in this condo! Location is awesome, beach is beautiful, and the building is clean and well maintained. John and Linda are wonderful property owners to work with. Their unit is updated and beautifully decorated. We had every single thing we could have needed during our week there, and they checked on us throughout the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely stay with them again when we come back to our favorite beach!

This unit has everything that you need and more for your trip. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. was nice to have available. Very clean and great view. Linda was there to answer all questions and very quick to respond. They even checked in to make sure that everything was good. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

This was our first stay at Indian Shores. Our family loved the breathing taking sunsets, beautiful beach, and the condo was stunning. Linda was amazing to work with and helped make our stay amazing. The check in process was easy and the assigned parking for the condo unit was a bonus! The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and accessories. We loved the condo it was clean and newly updated. We saw dolphins and loved the bird sanctuary next door. We will definitely book here again when in the area.

We had a lovely time. The location right on the beach was great, and having all the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc on hand was very convenient. Beautiful Property and Wonderful Owners - Highly Recommend

The property is great...just as pictured and described. The unit itself is spacious and very well cared for. Everything is new and in great working order. The entire property is very well maintained as well. The owners were amazing and were extremely responsive and the unit has everything you could need (kitchen items, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, toys, etc.). The location is great as well! Indian Shores Condo

This condo was perfect for our family. We enjoyed being on the beach, and having the pool right there. The bird sanctuary right next door was a nice added feature to have during the rainy days. John and Linda were amazing to work with and provided everything extra, that we had not had a previous places we had rented before. The beach was nice and quiet, with places to build sand castles if you wish or just sit and relax and read a great book! We would definitely stay at this unit again. It was a great time.

This was our first time using VRBO online and staying in this part of Florida there was zero stress with Linda's support. She was very helpful and to quick to respond anytime we had a question. Staying in November was very relaxing definitely less busy. This condo was very clean and had every amenity you could ever need. The sunsets were amazing from the condo balcony.
