Great IRB Stay

My wife, daughter and I stayed at this awesome little gem on Indian Rocks Beach and we highly recommend it to anyone! Lots of room to stretch out inside and out. It has a huge corner balcony with lots of seating. Covered parking was a bonus! My only negative is the two full bed mattresses in the second bedroom need to be replaced or have a topper put on. My daughter didn’t sleep well in either bed. But aside of that, it’s totally a great beach stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and clean. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when we contacted them. Loved that we were steps away from the beach.

Perfect beach vacation

My friend and I traveled for a long 4 day weekend trip to the beach. Condo right on the beautiful white sand beach. We flew and only took carry on’s, the condo was stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and coolers. Plenty of food, shops within walking distance and the trolley’s are great for getting around on the strip. Loved the wraparound balcony with view of the water from the side, perfect shaded spot for coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evenings. Communication with the owners Bonnie and Sandy was great! 10/10 recommend

Perfect home for a beach vacation

Our family of 5 stayed at this condo for 4 nights and we will absolutely be renting it again. The location is perfect, with plenty of dining and fun activities in walking distance. It’s also an easy drive to Tampa for more things to do and amazing food. The condo with incredibly clean with many well-thought out details. We felt very safe in the condo as well. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay directly on the beach in beautiful Indian Shores!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The location was perfect and it was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay! There was plenty of space for our family of 4, and we were able to take full advantage of the beach and pool! Will definitely rent again the next time we visit!

Friends trip 2024

The condo was everything we wanted/needed and more. Its beach front access is quite dreamy! The owners are exceptionally customer service focused and have excellent communication. We would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you for everything!

Nice Condo

Nice Condo! Area is quiet and beautiful! Great restaurants just a short drive! Favorite is Salt Rock Grille! Owners are great communicators and supply all info on restaurants etc!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time and loved the location being close to the boat ramp. This is a very nice and spacious place. I had to communicate with the owner and had responses immediately. The owner was friendly and very communicative. We had to drive 2 cars and parking is limited to one spot, so plan ahead. There are alot of restaurant options within a reasonable driving distance. I absolutely recommend staying here!

Great place

Great location and easy access to pool and beach. The condo is bright with big sliders leading out to a good size deck. Communication with the owner was easy and reliable. Both the building and the unit need updating. The unit is reportedly getting improvements in the next year. Overall, perfect for our family getaway.

A great place

We had a great stay! The condo was nice and the location was great! The condo owner was super nice and helpful. We would use this condo to stay at again. The only down fall is the elevator. It was small and needed a fan for a little air flow. It was quite warm in it. But this is to no fault of the condo owner. The pool was always clean and is nice. It does have a bathroom available but does not have a sign to show you where it is. Over all this is a great place to stay.

Great little beach condo...steps from the sand!

Condo had everything we needed. We Loved the patio with the partial ocean view. It was great to have sunrise and sunset visible. Place was clean and decorated nice. Condo is right by staircase down and took us only a minute or two from door to sand! Owners were very responsive and helpful. Will stay again.

Condo itself was nice

Soon as we got there got in elevator to see where the room was got stuck in elevator for 20 minutes, it was hot as fire. The fire department had to come and open the doors. 75 percent of the time you could not connect to the wifi. Way to many codes to keep up with.

Beautiful balcony View

I celebrated my 40th with my sister and friend here mid-June. Condo was clean and hosts supplied a starter kit of paper towel, tp, and soaps etc. The check in/ check out was effortless. The balcony wraps around to see the Gulf beach. Quiet area at night, and only minutes from Clearwater and St. Pete’s for city sites and activities. We had a wonderful vacation, can’t wait to go back!

Family Get Away

The condo was on the beach and large enough to accommodate a family. It was well stocked and the host was amazing. Anything we needed was provided. Complex is a little outdated but the host and location made it a great stay. Would recommend the host and condo. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Quick Break in Florida

Condo is as advertise! Very nice place to stay for a short beach get away. Condo was clean and roomy. Steps from the beach, which is aways a plus. Easy and quick. communication with property manager. The only complaint I would have is that its not by to many restaurants, so a car, uber or hopping on the trolly that runs every 30/45 minutes right past the front is a must.
