Private Pool! Paradise! Beaches! Palm Harbor, Fl - Tampa-Spread Out w the Fam!

Large 2,500 SF house Located in Palm Harbor, Florida locates 10-15 minutes from multiple beautiful beaches ! 7 guest Max.

The House has a pool and private fenced back yard. The pool is Heated if you pay electric surcharge- $100 per week.

King bed in Primary, Queen bed in guest room, bunk beds and pull out sofa bed in 3rd room. 3rd room is great for kids and also has its own HVAC unit. TV and cable in all rooms.
Garage is used for storage and 6 bikes (which you are free to use) as well as beach chairs, fishing poles, cooler etc. Large living Room, dining room, as well as a really good size kitchen with dinette table.

Common areas are LVT and tile floors throughout.

Great neighborhood including trails, play ground, and full size basketball court. Spread out with the fam!

PLEASE NOTE - The house has ONE Non-Intrusive ADT security camera in the front left corner of the house that allows for security surveillance (front yard and half the driveway) while also giving our guests TOTAL privacy(see pics for exact view) We would love to have your family come and Visit this amazing beach community with a incredible dwelling as your home base!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
