In particular, the resort complex for this unit has completed repairs on the pool and hot tub, and they are open and in use.
Built in 2018, the Oceana building is one of the newest and most modern building on Treasure Island. This direct West facing corner unit provides you with some of the most spectacular views available, along with the powder white sand and the warm calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico just steps away.

It was a great stay. Unfortunately it rained for four days but thankfully there was so much to do it didn’t matter. We loved the condo. It was well stocked and comfortable and clean.

Beautiful location with breath taking views of the ocean

We came down for college tours, but were able to turn it into a relaxing vacation with this location. Beautiful views, direct access to the beach and lots to do in the area. The condo was clean and comfortable with many accommodations. I would definitely stay here again if heading down to the St Pete’s/Tampa Bay Area.

Winter Get a way!

Beautiful spot on the beach

Oceana is a great location, with spectacular views right on the beach. Plenty of room for a family of four. Elevators and luggage carts made moving in and out easy. Parking was a little tight if you’re in an oversized vehicle.

Loved it was walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Loved sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning. Glad it had parking. I walked every morning and evening on the beach. It was wonderful and quiet. Thank you!

The View!

The view & access to the beach is amazing. The condo is as described. Check in was easy, condo included the basics, was clean. There are beach towels, a few chairs, etc. to help with the beach experience. Quiet property with a nice pool. We would visit again!
