Unit Features:

The updated kitchen is beautiful! White wood cabinets are complemented with granite countertops. A floor to ceiling pantry will hold all of your grocery items and more! The kitchen comes equipped with double stainless steel sink w/disposal, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and is fully stocked with small appliances and cookware. The Magnolia farm table seats 10- perfect for playing games and dining together. The living/dining room combination is themed in neutral decor with leather furniture perfect for cozy vacation living. Complete with big screen plasma TV and plenty of seating for family gatherings, you will feel right at home in this amazing unit! Bring the outdoors indoors with your double disappearing sliding glass doors that open to your private oceanfront patio.

Bed/Bath:

The Master bedroom features a king size Magnolia bed and master bath with over sized walk-in shower, wrap around mirrors, separate dressing area and large walk-in closet. You will enjoy the sound of the ocean from your master bedroom that sits gulf side and opens to your private patio. The first guest bedroom provides 2 queen size Magnolia beds, plenty of dresser drawer space and a large walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom provides another Queen bed and a large closet. All bedrooms have TVs. The beautiful guest bathroom is centrally located and provides a tub/shower unit, double sinks and lots of drawer space! This unit comes complete with an in-suite laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and all linens. There is also a beach closet with chairs, toys, and towels.

We have stayed here many times and have NEVER had any issues. The condo is clean and very comfortable and the grounds and pool are always clean and well tended to.

This was our 3rd time staying in this unit. We love the location; pool, hot tub and beach just outside your door. Owners were very attentive, quick to respond to any questions. Unit is always well stocked and clean!

My family & I enjoyed staying here. We basically were out on the balcony every moment that we weren’t out at the pool or on the beach. The condo was very clean, spacious, & had all the conveniences of home.

Fall Break in Madeira

My family of 4 and my sister stayed in the condo for one week. It was very clean and nice. The views are amazing and walk out to beach is perfect. We’ve stayed at Seaview many times and always come back.

Amazing beach condo!

I love escaping the north to enjoy the sounds of waves right outside my window! This unit is set up perfectly to lounge and have game nights! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. The beds are super comfy and the place is charming! The building is extremely well maintained...as is this unit. And the owner is very friendly and professional!I look forward to going there every year!

Perfect Family vacation

Our family enjoyed our condo so much. The patio deck was a awesome looking out at the ocean and watching the sunsets. I liked how it wasn't so crowded on the beach for us. The condo was set up just right for us 6 adults. The location is perfect and easy to get around to different places-like John's Pass, St Petes, played mini golf just down the road from us. Restaurants were walking distance from us. I would love to stay here again. They keep the grounds and pool area very clean also.

Absolutely amazing place to stay

This was our second trip to Sea View we love it!!! The condo is very open & roomy with very comfortable furniture in the living room plus the beds are comfy too. Always very clean. Our host Paula went above & behind for us lots of communication if we needed anything. Great places across the street to eat The Reef & Dockside Dave’s amazing food with very nice staff. You also are very close to Publix & not to far from Wal-mart for supplies. You can also rent beach chairs out in front of the condo. All in all great family vacation you will not be disappointed.

Excellent vacation

The condo had the largest balcony that we have ever had. Both sliding doors slide open to allow for indoor outdoor living. The swimming pool was heated to a nice temperature for winter swimming. The parking space is conveniently located near the pool and elevator. there are several beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, and sand toys in the condo. You won’t need to bring much to enjoy your stay. We had plenty of beach and bath towels. There was also plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and even laundry detergent supplied.

Girl Trip 2023

This is our second year with this condo. It is beautiful, the balcony is spacious and maintenance guys are awesome. We brought 6 floaties with us, but forgot an air pump. Jeff saved the day and inflated all 6 for us in just a few minutes.

Beautiful Condo with Fabulous Oceanfront View!

We loved our stay at Seaview 303! This condo was well-appointed with upscale furnishings, well-stocked kitchen and baths, and lots of beach chairs and other beach gear. Super clean and beautifully maintained condo, building, pool, and grounds. Our unit was 3rd floor, center of complex, with a fantastic view of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets! Within walking distance of several restaurants and only a 5 min drive to John's Pass, a boardwalk area with shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our host, Theresa, was very helpful and super informative and accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to make this our home-away-from-home the next time we visit Florida's gulf coast beaches!

Great beach views

This unit was very clean and well laid out. I like that the kitchen was opened up by moving the part of the cabinets that nornaly stuck out to against the wall. Makes ot feel more open and larger. Lots of games and beach items in unit. Only recomendation would be room darkening curtains in the back bedrooms as they halway lights outside the rooms are very bright.

The condo is extremely well located to shopping and right on the beach! The unit is well stocked and is kept very clean! The bedrooms are roomy, and the beds are comfy! Perfect place to enjoy Florida getaway!!!

Beautiful View

Overall the property was great. The balcony was large with a perfect ocean view. The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the furniture. The only complaints I have are pretty minor and keep in mind I did not contact anyone regarding this so it might have been taken care of, if I would have just inquired. There were extra pillows in the closets, which was wonderful but no extra pillow cases. Also there were only 2 bath towels in our bathroom and 2 in the other bathroom. I found it a little odd that no extra towels were provided, especially since we stayed for 3 weeks. Three of our children visited and my son had to use a beach towel as his bath towel. Again, I don't consider this major. Loved the location and we will come back again next year.

Great stay

Had a great time with 4 adults and one 2.5 year old. Loved close the pool was to the beach. All of the passcodes to get into each door was a little annoying, but no a huge deal. We understand why they are there. Pool was cleaned every single morning which was great to see. Very family friendly. Loved that there was beach chairs/umbrellas available.

Absolutely wonderful!!

The condo was very nice. The owner was easy to communicate with. The other guests in the building we so nice. The beach and the area around was nice. It truly was the best vacation spot for family time and a very relaxing environment. We couldn't have asked for better. Just a short way down the road was John's pass which had shops and food and ice cream. Truly would give more than 5 stars if i could.

The condo was amazing & super clean!!! The views were perfect we watched dolphins everyday. Across the street were 2 great places to eat with excellent food & nice people. We will be back for sure I would not change a thing plus our hostess was great answered all questions I had. If you are looking for a great place to stay all around this is it.
