I think it would be important to note in the listing that the washer/dryer amenity listed is actually not available in the unit (I heard there was a laundry on site somewhere though), there is a $35 nightly fee for valet which is virtually impossible to do without, and guests will be approached with a timeshare condo sales pitch.
