“Check in process was a breeze thanks to the communication of the staff mainly Robert. We had a nice relaxing vacation without having to drive around too much to find something to do. Be close to restaurants, shops pool and of course the beach was awesome. Yes the place it small but for the five of us and what we needed it for it was perfect. The only thing I would change is probably the double bed was a tad uncomfortable but next time we will bring a mattress topper. Another thing was the couch……

“It was a nice stay, perfect balcony to catch the Sun rise. Easy access to the beach or the local establishments. Check in was a little muddled when the access code for the door didn't work, but a phone call to the owner (who contacted the property management) straightened out the discrepancy. The only housekeeping issue was the vinyl shower curtain had some mold on it. Overall, very nice for the price.”

“This property was perfect for our stay. My husband has some mobility issues and it was easy in and out, plus the tiled floor helped. It really had everything we needed and easy to get to the beach. We visit every year in Feb and would love to stay again. The only comment I would have was that since the weather was colder, we needed to use the quilt from the second bedroom on the bed also since the one in the master wasn’t quite warm enough in it’s own. “Perfect for our college age daughter, 2 friends of hers, my parents and my husband. Very glad to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the beach was fantastic, great ocean view from the deck and easy walk to the beach. Also best seats in the house for concerts next door. Don’t worry it stops at 10. There are beach chairs but not beach towels. There is laundry soap for 2 washes and 3 dishwasher pods. We brought thin beach towels. We used the gear credit to get bikes and rode to Sullivans island.……

“Great place to stay in early April and avoid the mayhem of the Florida panhandle! The owner communicated quickly and was very helpful with a couple of restaurant recommendations. “This stay checked the two most important boxes for a hotel stay--comfotable accomodations and pleasant staff. We checked in about 1/2 an hour early and the front desk staff and housekeeping worked to make it possible and were extremely personable and pleasant.
