My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. “My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The host was very understanding and flexible and having the whole place for ourselves was amazing, especially for our first trip together. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s even a washing machine which was perfect for us! The apartment was clean, very close to WoodGreen station and overall, everything was great. I would 100% come back and I really recommend it!”

“Comfortable very well equipped chalet. The chalet had everything I needed - kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also tv. Comfortable bed too.
The setting is lovely right on the river bank and useful to have parking right next to the chalet. There was also some outdoor space and walks right from the chalet. ”

"The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking.
The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room."
