We also were very thankful for the third bed/bedroom. This gave my son a place to be instead of just the living room. The house was great, parking was easy behind the house and the hosts were great at communicating.”

The apartment is pretty noisy (seemed like poor insulation above and below exposed us to neighbors who were on a very different schedule), but other than that we loved every aspect.”

“Family trip for our son’s graduation gift/ big Red Sox Fan!! Loved the house. Very clean, beds so comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook. We used Uber Eats for local Target groceries. Bus stop very close by then rode to subway into city. Plenty of linens and as described in listing. Affordable and host was quick with thorough communication. The fire station sirens were never a bother during night hours.”

“A quiet, walkable, safe neighborhood. The apartment is clean and well equipped- especially the kitchen! There were not enough wash cloths, but after contacting the owner we were accommodated in a timely manner. Communication with the owner was seamless quick. Perfect for my family. Would stay here again.”

“The apartment is very nice! Everything seemed very clean and updated. The roof deck was also pretty nice to have. The host definitely went all out on sprucing the apartment up and making it modern. The only downfall about this property is the neighborhood. Without going into detail, we witnessed a lot of sketchy things by neighbors on the street and in the surrounding streets. I wouldn't recommend walking by yourself at night.”

“Nice and picturesque flat in Savin Hill (South Boston). Kitchen well equipped. Just 5 minutes from the metro station (red line), 15 minutes by metro to downtown. Nice area with a supermarket and a pub.”

“We enjoyed our quick weekend at this condo! The neighborhood is lovely and the condo itself was a great space to relax. One issue we had was that the listing says there is central AC, but there are two mini-split units, one of which (in the bedroom) was out of order. We have an infant, so we counted on that to keep the room at a certain temperature. Luckily, the nights were fairly cool. It just would have been nice to know ahead of time. :)”

“This property is in a great location. This property has most definitely NOT been refurbished. The furniture is awful, uncomfortable, and old. The beds squeak. The AC units are horribly loud. The bathroom is badly in need of renovation. The hosts are non-responsive. They didn't bother to leave enough toilet paper, trash bags or any dishwasher detergent. We actually did enjoy our stay but know what you are getting before you stay.”
