"This was a one night stay. I had a show the next day in Elkader, and wanted to be close. The hotel was easy to get to and had several eating options. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was tasty. I was very satisfied."

"Do yourself a favour: on your way to the Motel, stop at the Kwik Star and get some snacks and your favorite beverage. Get to the hotel, check in with the friendly, knowledgeable staff, then take your snacks and beverages to the overlook. You'll be there for a while. A long while. Cute, clean, quiet, AMAZING view that you'd never expect in Iowa. Well worth the visit. "
