They are also one of the few that charge you $100 as a hold fee for incidentals. Not a hold...a charge. To be returned in 3 to 4 business days! "

"The Parking situation that required walking 3 blocks late at night and early in the morning in the bitter cold was unacceptable. The staff did not care, were complacent about the situation, offered no alternative, basically did not care about the safety of the guests or that it was raining and cold. The lobby smelled like marajuana every time we came in from the cold. The room was decent. That was the only redeeming thing about our stay. NEVER AGAIN!"
