"We have stayed at this property for 10 years due to it's proximity to family. It's an inexpensive hotel compared to the rest. Through the years we have seen the put in new flooring and painting, making this a better place. However, this year, we didn't even stay. Turned on the lights and the cockroaches scattered on the floor and about 10 on the walls. In the other room we'd reserved, there were about 15 in the drawers. We went out to the front desk and said that we want our money...
