“The view is phenomenal, we enjoyed every minute. No cooking in the room however there is a fridge and microwave along with plates, glasses, cups, etc. Tranquility is offered here especially this time of year late April. THE STAFF DEFINITELY CARES ABOUT HOSPITALITY! ”

“What we went in the staff told us that the coffee machines wasn't working right in the lobby. We go to the room TV didn't work right. I called downstairs told him they said we could come down to where the breakfast would be and could watch the news that I wanted to say. When I tried to call him from the room phone did not work. No phone number posted for the front desk. I looked in my reservation finally found a phone number and call them. We were going to relax in the room and watch the news……

“You could have told us before we booked (indeed, even before we checked in!) that the main restaurant and the spa (the two amenities we looked forward to) weren’t open for the first two days of our three-day stay.”

“The property was nice…clean, good fitness center, room was fine. We booked through Expedia for only a 1 night stay and when we arrived to check in, they didn’t have any of the type of room we reserved, so they downgraded. The front desk person basically said our room wasn’t guaranteed because we booked through Expedia. We would stay again but book with the hotel directly.”

“Unfortunately, we were there during refurbishing the main building, but our room was very clean, and updated. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The morning breakfast was more elaborate than expected and the staff that prepared the food was wonderful. Food was always stocked, warm, and tasty. The entire area was super clean. Check in was easy and smooth. We were very pleased with the area, many food restaurants choices for every palate within walking……

“Parking was really restricted, Check in was not a good process. I was given the wrong Cottage and the code to the Door. I actually walked in on guests in the unit and it was so embarrassing! The bed was cozy and the large shower was a plus. The sinks had very little water pressure! The view was relaxing! ”

“Staff was excellent. Room was clean but there was a leak in the bathroom that I had to sap up with towels. Wasn’t happy about that at all.”
