“The gentleman who works in the evenings, though nice, does not know his job 100%. He had some challenges with my Expedia payment and charged my mother card for the room and did not inform her. However, Melissa, the GM took care of the situation the next day. She’s a great person with a caring heart. She is the main reason my family will return for future visits. ”

“Room was spotless. The staff was professional and customer service was excellent. One recommendation is to trim back tree from walkway in front of handicap parking. A security risk. ”

“Great spot tucked away on a beautiful marsh inlet, very quiet and private. The bed was so comfortable we had difficulty getting up in the mornings. The showers had great pressure and the towels were big and fluffy. Highly recommend for couples retreat or small groups to decompress. I think the only thing I needed was a dish towel for the coffee station but we did our best not to spill. Thanks for a wonderful experience!”
