Fabulous resort-style living & incredible open water views over Niles Channel at this 7 BR 5 BA home on Summerland Key. Just under an acre boasting a sandy beach w/pretty palms, large custom pool, & deep water dockage w/quick access to ocean, gulf & back country. The open Great Room boasts granite kitchen, wood floors & gorgeous water views.

Your property manager lives nearby and is available if you have any requests during your stay
