“What a cute place to stay! I'm from OK and my daughter is from MO. We meet half way and stayed in the boxcar for two nights. We will definitely be back!”

“Extremely clean. Had multiple cookware options. Quite neighborhood that I felt very safe. Privacy fence in the back yard was nice. Large tv’s in the living room and bedroom. Will definitively stay again!”

Cheap Dollar store sheets and towels, horrible beds, nothing felt properly cleaned, there was a weird smell that was covered up by a bunch of plug in air fresheners. Kitchen was poorly stocked, no dishwasher soap, washer and dryer from the 80’s and dryer made loud squeaking noise. The hosts number was disconnected, toilet clogged and spent hours on the phone with VRBO, and they eventually reached her after several attempts. Had to buy a plunger because there……

“The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. ”
