“No elevator with a room on the second floor. We could not stay as we would not be able to get our suitcases up the stairs. They did refund our prepayment without issue.”

“The whole 4th floor smelled bad. The rooms were not clean and the bathrooms had rust stains.”

“We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.”

“We never unpacked in our room. There were stains on the bed and mold in the shower. We stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one came so we left our keys and left the property. I tried to call the hotel 26 times in the next 24 hours and no one would answer. The front desk clerk hangs out in one of the rooms and watches a camera over the front desk. The swimming pool was green and had algae in it. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and needs shut down.”

“The front staff was wonderful every time we came down to get something that wasn't restocked in the room, my husband even gave the lady the tip money. The rooms don't have drawers so if you like living out of a suitcase I don't for 4 days. The shower leaked all over the floor n when we requested service we didn't get it. Hopefully they fixed it for the next travelers.The breakfast don't waste your time, we found a great breakfast place. Pool towels are small. Hallway had a small garbage pail……

“When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us……
