I didn't like that there was an opening in between the glass door and window so the cold breeze was coming in and the noise pollution was pretty loud. Other than that it was great. Although i would have liked some choices of chocolate/ snacks/ drinks in the fridge that would be cool. Thankyou for the lovely stay

Booked a penthouse with mountain view. This did not happen the rooms are the same as lower level just cost more and no mountain view as it faced south. I got a lot of noise from the road the receptionist on check in was extremely rude unhelpful and argumentative. The room was not restocked with soap or fresh towels even when I requested this with the rude unhelpful receptionist

Special occasion night away
Going up to Penrith for a special occasion celebration and looking to make a night of it. The one bedroom suite was just perfect for our requirements. The room was in excellent condition with everything you could need for a night away (or longer) Fully equipped kitchen with a large living area and furnished balcony. The master bedroom has a spacious on-suite. Each suite has an assigned off street car parking space and the in suite wifi was nice and strong. Overall it was a nice place to stay that we would use again.

Amazing and friendly staff. Beautiful accomodation with spacious rooms each including an ensuite. Massive dinning and lounge area with a big balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage watching the sunset. Including your own kitchen and laundry appliances. Great restaurant with yummy food catering to all needs and spectacular rooftop pool with a spa. Would definately recommend staying here.
