The bathroom shower with tub was unsafe. The glass door would go in or out with the door only filling three quarters of the shower. You had to step up to get in and out. There was no bars to hold on to get in or out. There was nothing on the tub floor to keep you from slipping. You could see from the shower out the sliding door from the bathroom into the living space, meaning anyone in the living space could see you in the shower. The one guest had a horrible time in the shower: feeling unsafe, feeling looked at, feeling she was going to slip at any time with nothing to grab. The towels were hard and didn't smell fresh. On the good side: the shower head had amazing water pressure, which you rarely get in a hotel. The vanity and shelves were great to store our items.

Clean room 👌

17th floor, north building. Room had flaws, dirty vents, brown spots on walls in the ballroom, dirt and dust in room corners corners. Entry room Door was very hard to push open and close. It’s an old hotel I get it. But definitely changed over the years
