The reason for this trip was shopping and dining at mall of America so the location was great. Check in was very quick and was given adjoining rooms as requested. We ate breakfast at the onsite restaurant the morning we checked out and felt selection and food quality was great. Prices are on par with what you’d expect at a full service hotel restaurant ($20-30pp).
We’ve stayed at this property several years and have always felt comfortable but lacks any sort of personality. Staff are nice but show no enthusiasm. Also, products used in room (shampoo, lotion, soap) appear very generic.
