The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t……

“This is a great location if you are looking to go to the stadium for a game. Easy/safe walk to the stadium. There are some great walkable restaurants close by also. The communication was great with the host.”

“Beautiful upstairs, seperated, private room with a balcony and plenty of privacy. Right next to the beach, many RI staple Resturants such as Flo’s, and a quick bike ride or drive to Bristol and Newport. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town”
