1. Met two male staff ( 1 @ check-in and 1 @ check-out)! Not greeting and no smile! Did not explain the upfront add’l charge of $237 ( resort fee and “security deposit”! I was surprised to find out that they charged $50 per night. So, if you had stayed there for 30 days, they would have charged you cars $1,500 @ check-in! 2. The place was dated! My daughter can feel every spring of the sofa bed mattress! 3. The bathroom tile wall had mold in practically every grout line between tiles!! 4. The hot tub could be hotter! 5. The ground floor garage had awful smell. 6. The bedroom furniture was way too big! I bruised my thigh when walking around the bed! Also, you had to climb onto the bad, and it could be dangerous for elders! 6. The Mountain view was good though! 7. The kitchen was well equipped!

Hotel was beautiful! Loved that I could valet and they would charge my EV. The gym was a good size with 3 Woodway treadmills and 2 Peltons plus other gym equipment. A nice touch was the refill stations throughout the hotel with still AND sparkling water.
