“The rooms were very clean, the property was beautiful. The staff was fantastic and really went the extra mile. Shout out to Andrew, Kennedy and Joy who really went above and beyond to be extra helpful and made our first visit to Mammoth unforgettable. 3 of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. We celebrated our 15th anniversary and when we asked for a late checkout, they offered us an extra hour! One small area for improvement, the restaurant was understaffed the first night with only one……

“The hotel's hygiene is abysmal. My child was bitten on the ear by some unidentified insect while in bed; the ear subsequently began oozing pus, and the lymph nodes became swollen—a condition that persisted for ten days without improvement. This is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel like this. I strongly advise exercising extreme caution.”

“This was a fantastic stay! When we arrived to check in, the front desk staff gave us a very clear, very friendly detailed explanation. They have their own snowplows clearing the parking lot. And you can borrow shovels at the front desk.”

“The location was prime! Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. We enjoyed our updated room at the Sierra House. It seems some things are still under construction as the building was very new but that didn't bother us a bit. The steam and sauna are slightly outdated but again that doesn't matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay!”
