"Fabulous apartments, stunning location and pools. Parasols very hard to get and locked away meaning our time was limited at the pool. Must have a car then it’s the perfect location to explore Tenerife. Would benefit from a good cafe / bar on site selling food and draught beer. Overall brilliant and would return "

"Really enjoyed staying here and would return again. On arrival, we upgraded to a room with air con which was great - room as very big, kitchen dated (but perfectly fine), rest was modern, big balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel complex was very big - 3 pools to choose from, great location, 24hr mini market 2 min walk away, lots of ramps to get to rooms. Highly recommend. "

"Communication from booking was great. Arrival instructions great. The house was lovely, everything you needed was there. First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. We stay in this area a lot and these were pretty much one of the best however the following small things need addresing before it becomes tatty, and that would be a shame. 1) security gate broken all week, never required pin once. "Everything was great except for the stairs but that was my own fault for not booking a one bedroom apartment instead of a studio, everyone was very helpful and I was even offered a different room, the people at the front desk were always on hand to help me in every way possible, I'll be going back again next year 👍🌞🌞"
