"Pictures are a bit deceiving, so is the description. We showed up expecting a four bedroom house. Instead we found a three bedroom house with the detached game room (shed) that was supposed to act as the 4th bedroom. Which might have been okay for the exception of the beds/futons were disgusting. It didn't appear as though the house had been cleaned recently and the futons were covered in debris and hair. There was trash and dirt under the furniture, and we woke up every morning congested...

"The property was clean, beautiful, and nestled on well-maintained land in the perfect location—secluded enough for privacy, yet just a short drive from downtown Fredericksburg. It was also ideally situated near many of the area’s top wineries. Inside, the home had a cozy, rustic charm that made evenings relaxing and fun, with plenty of games and activities to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this charming property to anyone visiting the area."

"My sister & I stayed here for a sister weekend and simply didn’t want to leave! The owners created a Guest House that’s so beautiful and comfortable. The views were incredibly peaceful and serene! We loved walking trails in the wooded area, relaxing on the swing in the gazebo (which overlooked the pasture and livestock including Clyde the Emu!) and enjoyed sipping wine poolside in the evenings looking at the stars. "This charming farmhouse worked out great for our 2 adult children, their significant others, and us. It's very spacious and comfortable for 6. Nice kitchen, cute furnishings, and mostly comfy beds (the 2 in the master bed said they rolled to the middle). We could only get the TV to play Netflix, but it may have been our ineptitude. The location is excellent for visiting the Bishop Arts district with all its eclectic shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again."
