Desde nuestra llegada se mostró sumamente atento, amable y servicial, asegurándose de que tuviéramos una experiencia agradable. Nos ofreció un recorrido completo por las instalaciones, explicándonos detalladamente las normas, procedimientos y facilidades disponibles. Su profesionalismo, disposición para ayudar y conocimiento del lugar hicieron que nos sintiéramos bien recibidos y orientados en todo momento. Sin duda, su servicio al cliente fue excepcional y contribuyó significativamente a que nuestra experiencia fuera tan positiva.

The room was clean and spacious!

It was overall a good experience.

The room felt modern, and the neighborhood was safe and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Some dust and hair in the corners of room or on seldom used furniture (for example the fold out suitcase holder was really dusty and there were hairs on the floor of the bathroom when I arrived). I also noticed halfway through my stay that the smoke detector had been taken down and was not working. Someone came and “fixed” it the next day, but it was then beeping constantly and still not working correctly. I got home too late to call maintenance again, so I had to remove batteries and sleep without an alarm. That was my last night, so I don’t know if it was ever fixed properly. The last morning I woke up and the shower was not working at all and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I was in a rush, so I had to leave without a morning shower, which was not ideal. If I was staying longer, I don’t know whether that would have been fixed quickly.
