Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet only a short distance from Torquay and Jan Juc’s cafés, shops, and beaches, this double-storey holiday home offers the ultimate Surf Coast getaway. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be drawn to the sweeping ocean views, the inviting solar-heated plunge and lap pool, and the relaxed, coastal charm that makes this property a true home away from home.

The upper level is all about space, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that flows seamlessly out to a coastal balcony. Here, panoramic views stretch across Torquay’s stunning coastline, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or alfresco dining with family and friends. The master bedroom is tucked to one side of the living area and also captures those spectacular views. It comes complete with its own ensuite, walk-in robe, and television for added comfort and privacy.

Downstairs, four generously sized bedrooms—each with queen beds and two featuring TVs—provide ample space for family or groups to relax and recharge. A second living area creates the ultimate entertainment hub, with a pool table, lounge, and large L-shaped couch where everyone can gather after a day at the beach. Sliding doors open to a sheltered alfresco space, leading directly to the sparkling plunge and lap pool. Heated by solar, the pool is typically warm and inviting from December through March (weather dependent), adding another layer of enjoyment to your holiday.

This was perfect place for weekend getaway for family and friends. The amenities like pools table, heated pool and bbq kept everyone busy throughout the stay. Everything was clean and easily accesible. My friends,family and I really enjoyed this break at this comfy house.

Great getaway

This is a very comfortable property - perfect for our extended family group, ranging in ages from 9-70. We loved the pool, proximity to fishing spots, beaches, cafes etc. Great kitchen and barbecues to cook for a crowd and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean views while having our evening meal or drinks.

We stayed here for the weekend.tye property is very big and the pool is great. However the pool need to clean to many tree leaf,pool cleaning devices left behind in the pool. Some linen is dirty on the bed. (Front entry on right room 1 curtain got rip 200mm not repair).The smoke alarm front entry go ON every 15mins due to battery issue,contacts management then got fix 2hrs later.Others then that is all good.Great location.Great communication.This house is easy to recommended.13-15/12-24

Great house for big group

This house was spacious and had great amenities (billiard table, pool, 5 queen beds, large couch and dining table). Booking via Stayz was a little tricky as I was re-directed to a local Real Estate Agency who could not confirm the deposit made via Stayz website. When collecting the keys I was not given the linen so had to double back to collect which was inconvenient. No doona covers were supplied, only flat sheets and pillowcases. Great house within walking distance to many restaurants.

Worth every penny

I booked this property over the weekend to go with some of my girlfriends to have a girls trip for my 30th and from the moment we walked in through the door we all fell In love with the place! It was clean, spacious, the pool wasn’t cold, the beds we comfy and 4/5 bedrooms had a tv. We still can’t stop ranting and raving at just how much of a big and spacious house it was for a reasonable price. We will definitely be back again!

Great location, needs a good clean and better communication

We stayed here as a girls weekend, the property is really big and the pool is great. However there were some issues, we received incorrect check in instructions, so we ended up at the real estate in town. We arrived at the property and the downstairs was dusty, the bathroom downstairs was dirty and there was no toilet paper in any of the toilets. Upon check out, we had conflicting time as to when to check out and the cleaner arrived before we checked out. With a really thorough clean and better communication, this would be a great property.

Great stay for a short family getaway

Highly recommended. Residence is clean and setup with all you need, with the billiard table, stereos up and down stairs, TVs in almost each room and main areas, including wifi. Kitchen and laundry is well equipped. Pool is great for the kids and the trees mean you get your privacy. As others have said, the pool could be a bit warmer, but that may have been due to the time of the year we stayed. You're minutes away from Jan Juc beach and Torquay town square. thank you, hope to return soon.

Great big chill home

This property was beautiful. Big enough for a family and a very quiet and friendly neighbor hood. There was everything that we needed and plenty of board games to keep the family entertained. The pool was amazing very clean and a good size to have fun. The only thing was there was no instructions on how to use some of the electricals. For example the bbq was difficult to turn on as it had no instructions and was not turning on the usally way you would turn on a gas bbq and same with the fountains for the pool the button was not working and we did not get to use the foundations and same with the stereo it was a process to figure out how to connect it. Other than that it was great and would definitely visit again !
