“Stunning views from every window, and the balcony was beautiful. The apartment itself had everything needed, and was lovely and clean. Giorgia was a great host. Very communicative, gave us lots of tips on how to enjoy the area and she made sure everything was perfect for us. She even texted to check we were enjoying ourselves during the stay. The only improvement would be to improve the comfort of the sofa bed as the mattress wasn't the best.We had a gorgeous time! Would definitely book again,……

“Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. ”

“Really lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake Como. We walked to Tremezzo which was only 8/10 mins from us Lenno was also around the same so both town are fairly close. However when hot you probably want to take PT but the bus was not on time most times. Regardless this property on its own was worth it. Comfortable bed and clean property is with all amenities you’ll need for a few days. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much. ”

“We have just finished the most wonderful stay here. From the communications we received as soon as we booked, to the fantastic Apartment and the help we received when we asked. “The view made our stay here so worth it. Quiet, peaceful, and amazing. We only got a peek of the sunrises (the weather was quite foggy) but even then it was magnificent. Keep in mind, I would only recommend this place if you have a car OR if you are quite fit/active. We arrived by ferry and carried our suitcases all the way up, which was quite the workout. “House was very nice with alot of character we enjoyed eating outside by the kitchen and sitting on the deck. The house was a little hard to find the host was good sending us some pictures to help find the location. We were thankful for ac in the bedrooms. The walk to the ferries is about 15 to 20 minutes downhill and more uphill coming back to the house. There is a grocery store nearby. We enjoyed our stay. ”

"We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."
