“This is a perfectly serviceable apartment. It's clean, quiet, and very safe. There are plenty of dishes and glassware. There isn't a lot of cookware, but enough to get by. The hosts are very responsive. It was easy to get into the building. It's close to grocery stores and bicycle rental places. ”

“Staff were wonderful through my week stay. Room was clean and tidy. Food was really good too. Restaurant service was also wonderful. It’s a very small and quaint place so I didn’t really see any people this week. The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. The running water ran out for about an hour each day around 3pm like clock work. The pool you get on the terrace is also not clean water and the……

“How well you like this hotel depends on what experience you want. For us, it felt disconnected from the center of life in Tulum. I'm still not sure where the center of life in Tulum is, so maybe that's the problem. The room overall is very nice and we slept well. Hotel is quiet. There were two small issues like a slow shower drain and dirty cup the staff quickly handled. Staff was great. They even recommended a very good dentist close by as I had an emergency. Breakfast was not great for us.……
