“Room & property were clean but the TV in the room needs replacing because the color was terrible. The refrigerator in the room was loud & was hard to fall asleep.”

“The staff really tried hard and were very polite but I think there were back of house staffing issues that put them in a bad spot. That’s the only reason I rates it lower on service. There were a lot of people waiting on rooms well past check-in time. I booked a double queen room and it still wasn’t ready at almost seven and we had children to get to bed so I took the only option I was given and had my whole family in one bed. “The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby was under construction. Check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The room looked clean but there were some stains in the shower and something that looked like drops of blood on one of the comforters. I ask to have the bedding changed and they did. They never cleaned the bathroom though. I also did not get an opportunity to try their breakfast, so I can’t comment.”

“This Hotel is 5 star. I love this Staybridge so much. It feels like home. Comfortable beds. Clean. Peaceful. Breakfast is hot and plenty of choices. They have an afternoon/evening simple meal. They have a bar. I forgot my toothpaste they have complimentary ones. It felt great to use. 10/10. I have been booking this hotel since Feb of 2025 when my daughter was visiting Tuskegee University, now she is a student there. We came back a few more times. “The hotel is out dated and needs upgrading! Check-in was quick and easy. NO ELEVATOR! Although theÿ only have 2 floors, they are not handicap friiendly!! The breakfast bar was not appealing at all!
