“Very clean and tidy place. Introducing every utensil and Quebec in a booklet. Just located in the station. Quiet at night . Would pick this again if travel Quebec again.”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“Great location and rooms. Clean and well equipped. Would have given it 5 stars if I didn’t have to spend 45 minutes looking for parking after pre-paying via Vieux Lofts where the lot was full. I’d suggest you book independently so youre not tied to their service.”

“Check in was. About weird. Done at the end but strange with no actual reception. Rooms good. Location was a bit sketchy but not horrible. Last day on check out no hot water for the shower :(. 3 towels for 2 adults for 3 nights. Not great.”

“Bien situé, excellent service de la part de l'équipe des lofts, mais malheureusement à notre arriver ce n'était pas propre. Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes.”
