"The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango."

"Property was beautiful and quiet. The property was easy to get to and directions provided were spot on. It was a little ways out of town, but it was great to stay somewhere that does not have lot of traffic. The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. "
