For the age of the boat it still was in excellent condition! The view of the water is absolutely stunning!!! “We two had an excellent stay at this charming and spacious property in Emeryville, minutes from the San Francisco Bay Bridge. The king size bed was comfortable, closet space plenty large. The living room and dining room had tasteful furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything worked. The jetted tub in the bathroom was a real plus.
