Rough Start to a Great Stay
My wife and I were looking for a place to spend February and March of 2024. We were attracted to this property by all the five star ratings and the reviews of how clean it was. When we got to the condo, we were disappointed to find it was not clean. After spending a lot of time cleaning, we contacted the owner to let him know about the state of the condo and included pictures. Justin, the owner, reimbursed us for all the cleaning supplies we bought and the Cleaning Fee we were charged when we booked the property. He also arranged for a handyman to show up the next day to address the things we could not clean or fix. Justin was also very proactive in making sure any household supplies (light bulbs, furnace filters, shower curtain, etc.) were replaced quickly.
The property itself was in a great location. It is close to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Ocean Village has a large beach, three pools, an executive golf course, and an onsite restaurant/bar. The property offers many activities for residents and renters. We met people from all over the country and just about everyone was very friendly.
