“The property was clean but required a damage deposit and I upgraded to a suite in order to ensure privacy instead I got more space and was kept up hearing every step in the unit above me and was unable to sleep until 4am. Both nights I stayed there. I would have cancelled and found another place to stay if it wasn’t just a short stay. I even tried to sleep with the TV on borderline loud to try to cover up some of the sounds coming from upstairs, but I was still unable to.”

(This was AFTER our room was not ready at the promised check in time of 4pm. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get into our room.) Nor was the parking fee outlined on our reservation confirmation email from Wxpedia nor the email from Marriott.
