Large, comfortable house "Miranda", 2 storeys, semi-detached, surrounded by trees and fields. On the outskirts, 150 m from the centre of Villamagna, in a quiet, sunny position, 45 km from the sea. Private: natural garden, swimming pool (above ground) (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pergola, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 150 m, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 250 m, sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" 45 km, thermal baths "Casciana Terme" 27 km. Riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Volterra 14 km, San Gimignano 25 km, Pisa 60 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
