“A little bit old air conditioner.”

“The room was spotless.”

“It's a clean room, not quite show. It's the breakfast. The people at the front desk were awesome. Everything was enjoyable, quiet & very relaxing,”

“Smoky but to be expected I guess for a casino. Smelled like a bowling alley when we walked in. But the restaurants and sports bar were non smoking so that was a plus.”

“The place was kinda dingy. My door moved Everytime some closed their door. It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't stay there a second time.”

“Convenient and clean”

“I thought is was super nice as soon as i entered the hotel. The lobby was really beautiful with some remodeling being done. I loved the rooms and everyone was super helpful amd sweet”

“1st room smelled of mildew. We were moved upon request and there were no further issues.”

“Loved the quiet stay! The breakfast area is warm atmosphere & lots of nice food!”

“The property is very conveniently located next to the Shreveport Regional Airport. The Front Desk staff that checked us in and out was very personable however the elevator was dirty and shook when it was moving between floors and stopping on at floor. Very concerning. It looks like the did a major remodel to the interior with new paint, flooring, etc. The bed was comfortable. The curtains didn't close at first and the bright lights outside were intense. There was a spot on the hand towel that……

“It was so-so! No breakfast, no microwave, no bottled water!”

“DO NOT BOOK. smelled horrible like death”

“The hotel was decent and clean. It needs a bit more TLC. There are a lot of oilfield workers that stay here for extended periods. We had to park in the back of the building to get to our room and the back door lock was supposed to require a key for entry but it seemed tampered with. The guy staying in the room by the door had his windows open when we got back one night and you can smell his activities. It didn’t feel like the safest place, but nothing happened while we were there other than……

“good ”

“Elevators need a little extra attention, dirty. Chair in the breakfast area need to be tide up the legs are not sturdy. In the room tab water take long time to go trough drainage.”

“The property is clearly one of the older properties that is in need of some upgrades. Luckily I travel with my own towels because the “fresh” towels hanging in the bathroom all had some type of stains on them. My son and I were in for a little league football game and only needed the room for that night. That morning we woke up and went down to breakfast and there was no breakfast. I inquired about breakfast because they clearly serve a full hot breakfast and was told “sorry the lady who makes……

“Service is so good and the room very clean and comfortable. Restrooms very clean and restaurant foods are very yummy!!!”
